What you are buying, what we promise, and the things no agency can promise you. Short, because a contract nobody reads protects nobody.

Enrola Pte Ltd is an education agency registered in Singapore, UEN 202418822K. We assess whether you can study abroad, tell you where, apply on your behalf, and support your student visa file.
We are not a university, a college or a government. We do not decide admissions and we do not grant visas. Anyone who tells you an agency can do either is lying to you.
Two fees, and you always know what the next one is before it comes. Nothing else is payable to Enrola at any point in your journey.
There are four ways an assessment can end, and we publish all four including the ones you would rather not hear.
An honest assessment, including when the honest answer is no. A named adviser and a named assessor who stay with you from start to finish. A written assessment inside about a month of your documents being complete.
We will tell you where we think a different country or a different institution suits you better, and we will say so even when it is not what you asked for. The decision is always yours.
We cannot guarantee admission and we cannot guarantee a visa. Those are decisions made by institutions and governments, and anybody promising otherwise is selling you something they do not have.
Published entry requirements, tuition, intakes and scholarships change without notice. We check ours regularly and we mark in your file when each institution was last verified, but the institution's own word is final.
We advise on international education programs and student visas only. Questions about working, bringing family, or staying after you graduate get you the official government page for that country, because that advice is not ours to give.
Honest answers, particularly about money, previous visa refusals and anything on your record. Every one of those has to be declared on an application, and a surprise found by a visa officer is far worse than one we knew about.
Documents that are genuine. We check them, a government checks them harder, and a forged document ends your chances in that country for years. If we find one, we stop work and keep nothing back from you about why.
Where you need a language qualification we will name schools that can get you there. The school charges you directly and quotes you before you commit. We take no commission from them for the referral, and you are free to prepare on your own instead.
If you are under eighteen, a parent or guardian agrees to these terms with you and joins your first call. We would rather they were involved throughout: they are usually funding it, and they should hear this directly rather than second hand.
You can stop at any time, and you keep whatever credit you are holding. We may stop if we find a forged document, or if we cannot reach you for three months. If we stop, we tell you why in writing and settle any money owed to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. If something goes wrong, tell your adviser first: most of what reaches a formal complaint could have been fixed by a phone call.
Read the privacy policy as well; the two are written to be read together.
